Our Fees
We charge $250 per hour for a regular photography assignment, scheduled in advance. We add a $50 surcharge if the session is scheduled with less than 48 hours' notice. This pricing includes family sessions, model shoots, simple architecture and interior design commissions, product photography, etc. In most cases you will have the added value of two photographers working on your project.
Higher rates apply to special assignments such as weddings and complex assignments, please contact us for details.
We will travel within the Puget Sound area and start the clock upon arrival. Locations outside the Puget Sound may require a mileage charge.
We will also "trade" photographs for a signed model release at our discretion, see below, "Time for CD (TFCD) Sessions."
We do simple and extensive photo retouching and restoration for $75/hour, please call or email for a quote.
Web & Graphic Design
We can create a beautiful website for you for reasonable prices. We charge $200 per basic page, 3-page minimum, which includes the site's navigation system. Flash and video coding are extra. Please email mark@payneimages.com or call 206.713.2645 for more information.
Time For CD (TFCD) Sessions
Time For CD (TFCD) Sessions are beneficial to us, the photographers, and to you, the model(s). We take the photographs, post-process and deliver digital "negatives" to you (a CD) with your images, from which you may make prints. You sign a model release for us to use your images for commercial purposes (the release tells the agency that

Preparing for your Model Shoot - This informative document gives you hints and tips on preparing for your photography shoot. Please read it before we get together for the shoot.
Standard Model Release Form - This is our standard model release that we will have you sign (or a parent if you are under age 18 at the time of the session). Model releases will need to be completed prior to beginning the shoot. Please review this form, you may sign it prior to the shoot, or we will have blank copies.
Time for CD Agreement - This outlines the legal rights of both parties for the TFCD session. These "free" images are for personal use only and may not be sold or used for commercial purposes. If you wish to use the images for commercial purposes, then a paid shoot is necessary.
Stock Photography
Stock art is work that we do before it is commissioned or purchased. We take the pictures (or draw the images) and place them with our international stock art agencies and they sell them for us, in some cases many, many times per image. Both of us have extensive online portfolios of photography and vector artwork.
